Secure Board Communication

To avoid this from happening, it's imperative to consider implementing an organizational platform for governance that replaces email and text messaging with a more secure system of record, which uses encrypted data delivery and a specially-designed mobile app. This will make it less necessary to share privileged or insider information in unsecure documents systems or email accounts which are managed by the IT departments of the company and provides an independent platform that allows boards to lead in times of crisis.
